Introduction

Welcome! I'm Shelby (she/her). I have been practicing therapy since 2016. Starting my own therapy practice has been a dream rooted in the belief that healing should be compassionate and person centered. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I have seen firsthand how mental health symptoms can impact lives—especially in underserved or rural communities. Launching my private practice is my way of stepping into that gap and building a practice that reflects my values from the ground up. My aim is to create a space where mental health care feels safe, authentic, empowering, and human. The name of my business reflects my mission: to help people feel grounded, seen, and restored. It is more than therapy—it is about reclaiming emotional safety and connection so people can reflect, heal, and thrive—at their own pace and in their own way.
