I help clients, especially those who are neurodivergent, navigate life’s changes, build coping skills for anxiety and depression, and explore growth in ways that feel meaningful and doable. I’m passionate about making therapy accessible, comfortable, and even enjoyable by adapting tools and approaches—like DBT, ACT, and IFS—to fit each client’s unique needs!
