I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist that is currently working under the supervision of a licensed practitioner. My current employer is Khristian Durham Counseling. Something in your life may be feeling off, emotionally, relationally, or internally, even if it’s hard to put into words. Therapy can be a place to slow down and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. You might know something needs to change but feel unsure where to begin, or even uncertain about therapy itself. I work with clients who are navigating these questions with curiosity, hesitation, or ambivalence, and I believe all of those experiences belong in the room. My approach to therapy is relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I prioritize emotional safety and work at a pace that feels manageable, creating space for reflection. I aim to meet clients where they are, whether they are highly engaged or still figuring out what they want from therapy. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and have experience supporting clients with trauma and post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, substance use recovery, attachment and relationship concerns, identity exploration, and intimacy or sexuality-related issues. My work is sex-positive and LGBTQ-affirming.
