Introduction

Hi, I'm Dr. Shelley—a licensed clinical psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and adult families navigate some of life's most challenging relationship moments. If you've found your way here, chances are something in your life or relationship isn't feeling the way you want it to. Maybe you're stuck in the same patterns, struggling to communicate, or feeling disconnected from someone you love. Whatever brought you here, I want you to know that things can be different, and you don't have to figure it out alone. My work centers on helping people understand the deeper roots of what's keeping them stuck, build healthier communication, and show up more intentionally in their relationships. I draw from several evidence-based approaches including the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Theory—tailoring my approach to fit what you actually need. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I'm not here to just listen and nod. I'm here to help you connect the dots, take honest stock of where you are, and build a real path forward. While I do not accept insurance, all of my services are offered virtually, and through my PsyPact credential, I'm able to work with clients across multiple states (44). I'd love to connect and talk about how I can help. Schedule a free initial phone consultation to get started.
