Hello, and welcome. My name is Shellian Campbell, and I am a counselor dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults in a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment. I strive to create a safe space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, anger issues, emotional regulation difficulties, stress, behavioral concerns, family conflict, strained relationships, family dysfunction, separation and divorce-related stress, low self-esteem, adjustment difficulties, school-related concerns, social challenges, and life transitions. I also support individuals diagnosed with conditions such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)and adjustment-related disorders. My approach is client-centered and incorporates evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based strategies, psychoeducation, coping skills development, communication skills training, and emotional regulation techniques. My goal is to help clients build healthier coping skills, improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and feel more confident managing life’s challenges.
