Introduction

Hello, I’m Shelly Ray, the owner and founder of Elevate Counseling & Therapy. I have worked with children since 1995, have been invested in education since 2005, and started my counseling journey in 2021. I have experience with school counseling, child and adolescent counseling, and adult counseling. My ideal clients are adolescents and adults who feel stuck, misunderstood, or disconnected. I also enjoy working with parents who are wanting to strengthen the parent-child relationship. My ideal clients might be feeling anxious, out of control, frustrated, or just trying to figure out who they are and what they want out of life. Therapy can teach better ways to communicate and cope, create healthy boundaries, manage stress, and find ways to manifest positive and hopeful futures.
