I’m Shelly Sieligowski, LSW, and the founder of Radical Uprising Collective. I work with children (10+) and adults who are ready to move beyond survival, people who want to understand themselves more deeply, break free from old patterns, and create lives rooted in meaning and connection. My approach is collaborative, relational, and non-pathologizing, grounded in psychodynamic, relational, and trauma-informed frameworks. I also integrate somatic awareness, attachment theory, mindfulness, and parts work when they support the process, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs. I support clients across a wide spectrum of experiences with a compassionate, trauma-informed lens. This includes LGBTQIA+ clients, transgender and non-binary individuals, and neurodivergent adults (including those with Autism and ADHD). I also work with individuals and couples in non-traditional relationships such as polyamory, ethical non-monogamy, and kink/BDSM, offering an affirming space to explore identity, intimacy, and connection. In addition, I support survivors of domestic and sexual violence, including those with childhood experiences, always centering safety and trust. While our work is rooted in conversation, I often incorporate creative or mindfulness-based tools to help access deeper insight and self-expression. My goal is to create the safety and curiosity needed to explore the underlying patterns that keep you stuck or disconnected. For me, healing isn’t about fixing what’s “broken.” It’s about reclaiming your voice, deepening your connections, and discovering what life can look like when you are free to be fully yourself.
