Each of us is unique and have experienced different life events that have led us to the place we are today. Because of this, therapy should be unique; tailored to fit your specific needs and abilities to help each client create the changes they wish to see in themselves and their lives. Change that is meaningful and lasting. I have over 15 years of successfully helping clients create meaningful change in their lives. I welcome clients from every walk of life, gender, orientation, and spiritual/religious background. Areas of interest include anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders, trauma, relationship concerns, health and aging, existential crisis, spiritual/religious concerns, and life stage issues. I began my career as a psychotherapist at the Mental Health Center of East Central Kansas. After receiving my clinical license, I joined New Beginnings Health Care where I worked for over 10 years in a multi-disciplinary environment before deciding to enter private practice. I am a native Kansan and received my B.A from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, and my MSW from Washburn University in Topeka.
