Introduction

Do you find yourself wondering why you are struggling so much while life seems easier for everyone else? Maybe you're exhausted from overthinking, always anticipating what could go wrong, or feeling like you have to earn your worth by doing more, achieving more, or taking care of everyone else. I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma and the ways it continues to shape the present, often in ways that aren't obvious. Anxiety, perfectionism, people pleasing, difficulty trusting yourself, relationship struggles, and feeling stuck in survival mode can all make sense once you understand where they came from. But your past doesn't have to define you forever. My approach is nonjudgemental, warm, genuine, and collaborative. I use EMDR and Internal Family Systems to help clients move beyond simply coping and begin creating lasting change towards a brighter future. My goal isn't to just help you function a little better, but instead to help you experience more peace, freedom, and connection to the person you were always meant to be. Healing doesn't erase your story, but it can help the next chapter become a better one.
