Sherice Reid is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) that found her passion in Bridgeport, Connecticut for advocacy and social justice. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Fairfield University and Masters Degree in Social Work from Fordham University. Sherice strives for the focus of cura personalis “care of the whole person” in her professional and personal commitment to serving children, families, and individuals with mental health. Her focus is on engaging clients utilizing foundations of CBT, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered therapy. The hope is to encourage and support each individual to strengthen their self-efficacy. In addition to providing therapy, she is passionate about pouring into the next generation of social workers and creating space for current professionals to grow, connect, and feel supported. Social work is deeply rewarding—but it can also be isolating and lead to burnout. That’s why she is committed to building a strong community where social workers can share, learn, and uplift one another as we continue this important work together. Sherice is dedicated to having the honor to share space and provide support to individuals through the process of finding the power and love within themselves.
