Introduction

Hello, and welcome. If you are considering Evergreen Integrated Counseling as a partner in your journey toward greater well-being, you're in the right place. This is a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. My name is Sheridan, and I am a board-certified counselor serving individuals and families across South Carolina. Through both my personal and professional experiences, I have learned that we often have little control over what life brings our way. Unexpected loss, illness, chronic stress, and the demands of caring for yourself and the important people in your life can feel overwhelming and exhausting. When anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD symptoms, or trauma are added to the mix, life can begin to feel unmanageable. The good news: There is hope! I offer compassionate, collaborative therapeutic support as we explore what matters to you most. Together, we can identify meaningful ways to cope with life's challenges, move toward your goals, and build skills to navigate difficult thoughts and feelings along the way. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), along with some somatic approaches from Polyvagal Theory. We will move at your pace, honoring your unique experiences, to help you feel more present, balanced, and purposeful.
