Hello, my name is Sherrelle, and I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges and move toward healing, growth, and meaningful change. I work with individuals with disabilities, preteens, teens, adults, couples, and families who are seeking support, guidance, and practical tools to improve their well-being and relationships. Throughout my career, I have helped clients address concerns such as anxiety, depression, substance use, low self-esteem, negative self-image, suicidal thoughts and behaviors, and relationship difficulties. I also support families in developing the skills and understanding needed to effectively care for and advocate for their loved ones. In my work with couples—whether dating, engaged, or married—I help partners strengthen communication, rebuild connection, navigate conflict, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships. I specialize in working with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD). I am trained in EMDR and utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Inner Child work. For clients who desire a faith-based approach, I also offer Christian counseling, integrating biblical principles and spiritual perspectives into the therapeutic process while respecting each client's individual beliefs and values. My goal is to create a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make lasting changes. Wherever you are on your journey, I look forward to helping you build on your strengths, find healing, and work toward the life you envision. I am currently completing the credentialing process with multiple insurance providers and am accepting self-pay clients in the meantime. Once I am credentialed with your insurance plan, I can transition your services to be billed through your insurance carrier.
