I'm Sherri-Ann Piekarski, M.Ed., CAGS, LSC, LADC1, a licensed behavioral health counselor in Massachusetts with years of experience helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve meaningful, lasting change. My counseling approach is collaborative and evidence-based, drawing on Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you develop practical coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and achieve your personal goals at a pace that feels right for you. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to answer your questions and help determine whether we're a good fit.
