Introduction

★ Now Accepting New Clients in Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, South Carolina & Florida ★ Accepting select BCBS plans — benefits verification required | Private pay welcome Afternoon and evening appointments available — designed to fit around your demanding schedule Therapy for High-Achieving Professionals Who Are Tired of Just Getting Through It You're good at your job. You show up for everyone. You handle things. From the outside, your life looks like it's working — and in a lot of ways, it is. But privately? You're exhausted. You say yes when you mean no. You replay conversations wondering if you said the wrong thing. You feel guilty when you rest and anxious when you're not productive. You've spent so long being the capable one that you've almost forgotten what it feels like to just be yourself. That's not a character flaw. That's what happens when high-achieving, deeply caring people never learned that their needs matter too. I'm Sherri Webster, LCSW, C-SWHC — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping driven professionals stop surviving their own lives and start actually living them. I offer telehealth therapy for adults in Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, South Carolina, and Florida — accepting select BCBS plans and private pay. This Might Be the Right Fit If You: Are a young professional, early-career achiever, or working mom who looks like you have it together — but feel like you're one bad day away from falling apart Struggle with people-pleasing, chronic overcommitment, or saying no without a wave of guilt Deal with high-functioning anxiety — you're still performing, still producing, but the internal noise never stops Feel like you're constantly needed but rarely truly seen Want more than symptom management — you want to understand yourself, rebuild your sense of identity, and create a life that feels as good as it looks What We Work On Together People-Pleasing & Boundary Work You've built your identity around being agreeable, available, and needed — and it has cost you. We'll explore where those patterns came from, why they've been so hard to break, and how to start showing up for yourself with the same energy you give everyone else. High-Functioning Anxiety You're not falling apart — but the worry, the perfectionism, the constant mental checklist, the inability to truly rest? That's anxiety, even if it doesn't look like it from the outside. We'll work on quieting the noise, building tolerance for uncertainty, and helping you feel safe enough to slow down. Identity & Self-Worth When your value has always been tied to what you do, it's hard to know who you are when you stop performing. Therapy is a space to reconnect with yourself — your wants, your limits, your voice — and build a foundation of worth that doesn't depend on your productivity or anyone's approval. Life Transitions New job, new city, new relationship, new role — transitions are exciting and destabilizing all at once. If you're navigating a major shift and feeling unmoored, we'll work on building clarity, confidence, and a sense of direction that comes from you. Stress & Burnout Recovery Chronic stress doesn't announce itself — it just slowly takes everything. If you're running on caffeine, obligation, and willpower, we'll work on building sustainable rhythms and helping you recover without guilt. Insurance & Private Pay — What That Means for You Rising Sails accepts select Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) plans — coverage varies by plan, so we'll verify your benefits before your first appointment to confirm what's billable. For clients whose BCBS plan isn't covered or who prefer to pay privately, many use out-of-network benefits or HSA/FSA funds to offset the cost — I'm happy to provide a superbill to support reimbursement. Private pay also means our work together stays between us, without the limitations or diagnoses required by insurance. You get longer, unrushed sessions and a therapeutic relationship built entirely around your goals — not a billing code. Afternoon and evening appointments are available to work around your schedule. Telehealth Therapy Across Six States I am licensed to provide telehealth therapy in Delaware (DE), New Jersey (NJ), Maryland (MD), Virginia (VA), South Carolina (SC), and Florida (FL). Wherever you are in those states, you can access high-quality, private, personalized therapy from your home, office, or wherever works for you. Ready to Stop Performing Fine? If something on this page felt like it was written for you — it was. Schedule a free consultation call and let's talk about what's going on, what you're hoping for, and whether we're a good fit. No pressure, no commitment. Just a real conversation. You've taken care of everyone else long enough. Let's take care of you.
