Hello, and welcome. I'm Sherrie-An, and I'm glad you're here. I've worked in the mental health field for more than 27 yrs, and one thing I've learned is that every person's story is unique. That's why one of the questions you'll often hear me ask is, "What do you need today?" There isn't a right or wrong answer. Sometimes the answer is , "I'm not sure," and that's okay. Therapy isn't about having everything figured out before you begin. It's about having a place where you're free to explore, grow, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
