I've spent over twenty years helping people navigate some of life's most difficult moments—trauma, loss, abandonment, and the complex emotions that come with adoption and aging. After stepping away for four years, I realized how much I missed this work and the privilege of walking alongside clients through their journeys. I believe that trust is the foundation of meaningful therapy, and I approach each person with genuine care and a common-sense perspective grounded in Solution-Based Therapy combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and behavioral techniques. My experience spans foster families, adoption, survivors of sexual assault and human trafficking, first responders, and crisis response in schools and workplaces. I work with individuals across the lifespan—from toddlers through elders—and I'm honored to help you or your loved one find clarity and healing. I offer in-person sessions and am currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to take that first step, I look forward to meeting you.
