Introduction

I believe you have the ability to create meaningful change in your life—my role is to help clear the path. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, depression, and major life transitions, offering a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what's really going on. Together, we'll identify unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and build your personal toolbox for managing life's challenges. Using approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and person-centered care, I help you build capacity and implement the changes you're seeking. Whether you're dealing with work stress, relationship struggles, burnout, or the uncertainty of a life transition, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you. I offer telehealth sessions and accept multiple insurance plans. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to support your journey.
