Her integrative approach blends insight-oriented and cognitive therapy techniques, offering practical tools to navigate emotions, reconnect with purpose and identity, and reclaim a sense of direction. Sherry is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and art therapy. She provides attuned, respectful, and affirming care to adolescents, young professionals, families, and couples. Sherry is especially skilled in supporting clients navigating life transitions, relationship and communication issues, social anxiety, school and career concerns, ADHD, trauma, gender-based violence, and cultural adjustment. Beyond the therapy room, Sherry leads restorative justice initiatives. She is also the Founder and Co-President of I-Planet International Center, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering international professionals. Sherry holds degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the University of Pennsylvania and offers therapy in English and Mandarin.
