I provide therapy for adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, chronic stress, burnout, grief, and relationship challenges—especially when you’re the one who “keeps it together” for everyone else. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and relational at its core, with space to explore how life experiences, identity, racialized stress, and cultural pressure shape the way you carry emotions, show up in relationships, and move through the world. Therapy with me is warm, direct, and grounded—supporting both insight and real change. When helpful, I integrate Brainspotting, a gentle brain-body therapy that supports the nervous system in processing and releasing what feels stuck.
