Introduction

From surviving to thriving: therapy for anxiety, relationships, OCD & trauma that truly transforms. If you feel stuck in cycles of worry, shame, or overwhelm, you don’t have to face it alone. I help teens, adults, professionals, and couples find clarity, resilience, and hope. My style is warm, honest, and collaborative—rooted in compassion and cultural awareness, but also practical, equipping you with tools that create lasting change. I draw from trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique story, so you can finally move from struggling to living fully. As a foster/adoptive/birth parent, former DOC clinician and executive coach, I bring lived experience and clinical skill to therapy. I am passionate about supporting those with trauma, OCD, identity, sexuality, or family challenges, and burnout—creating an empathetic, judgment-free space to release shame and rebuild strength, clarity, and empowerment. Our work will focus on breaking free from patterns that keep you stuck and opening the door to genuine growth. I strive to offer a space where you feel deeply understood and supported. Whether facing intense emotions, intrusive thoughts, or relationship struggles, I’ll help guide you toward meaningful healing and transformation.
