I am an Intern Counselor under the supervision of Shawndrika Cook. I work with teens and adults using a client centered, trauma informed approach. I focus on emotional regulation, coping skills, and self awareness to help clients manage stress, anxiety, and life challenges. I provide a straightforward, supportive space for clients to do meaningful therapeutic work and create real change.
