Introduction

You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Maybe you’re overwhelmed, constantly overthinking, struggling with anxiety, carrying things from your past, or simply tired of feeling stuck. Wherever you are, we can start there. I am an Associate Licensed Counselor under the clinical supervision of Dr. Kezziah McDaniel, and I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in Reality Therapy. In our sessions, you’ll have a supportive, judgment-free space to be yourself, but we’ll also do the work. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface, identify what is within your control, strengthen coping and emotional regulation skills, and work toward choices that align with the life you want. I believe therapy should feel real, practical, and meaningful. I’ll meet you where you are while encouraging you to recognize your strengths, take ownership of your growth, and create changes that extend beyond the therapy room.
