Introduction

Motherhood, Pregnancy, and Loss Are Profound — You Shouldn't Navigate Them Alone Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, struggling with fertility, or grieving a pregnancy loss, your emotional experience matters just as much as your physical one. You deserve support that truly understands the complexity of what you’re going through — not just a checklist. This is a space where all of it is welcome. How I Help Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C Certified): I use this specialized approach to support women through the emotional and psychological dimensions of pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and pregnancy loss — including the grief that often goes unacknowledged. Play Therapy & Child-Parent Relationship Therapy: This approach is great for children and families navigating transitions, anxiety, behavioral challenges, or relationship difficulties. Play is how children process the world, and I meet them there. CBT for Insomnia (CBTi) & Mindfulness: I use these evidence-based tools to help clients manage anxiety, improve sleep, and build resilience during some of life’s most demanding seasons.
