Introduction

It takes courage to reach out and try something new! It also takes courage to push beyond hopelessness and shame. The good news is there is hope beyond struggles, past the hurts, habits, and hang-ups of everyday life. With over 10 years of experience supporting individuals overcoming substance misuse, anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma, I empower individuals to shift their perspective, refocus pain, habits, and hang-ups into becoming their optimal self. I hold a doctorate in Christian Counseling & Psychology. I obtained my master’s in human services and addictions from Regent University, and a bachelor’s in Corporate Communications from Central Penn. I am a Board-Certified Christian Counselor, International Christian Chaplain, and Therapist. I hold designations in the treatment of anger management, grief and loss, and trauma, more specifically I specialize in working with women and men who have experienced trauma. I am also a Certified SYMBIS Facilitator, which affords me the ability to offer both pre and post marriage counseling. Working with Couples and families is an honor. I utilize an integrative strength-based approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, and a plethora of other therapy modalities to promote health and wellness on multiple levels. It is time to experience a life that offers you the experience of healing, restoration, and lasting change. If you are ready, I am here!
