You are not broken — you are human. And being human means navigating struggle, change, and uncertainty. Sometimes, the path we’re on no longer aligns with where we want to go. In those moments, therapy can become a space to pause, reflect, and begin again — with intention. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are. My role isn’t to lead or fix, but to walk beside you — to help you reconnect with your own voice, your strengths, and your sense of direction. Every person’s journey is different, which is why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. While I draw from a range of modalities — including Culturally Adaptive CBT, Narrative Therapy, Humanistic and Communication Theory, Strengths-Based work, and Person-Centered Therapy — the heart of my work is you. Together, we’ll discover what works best for your unique story, your culture, your values, and your vision for the life you want. You may have heard that approaches like CBT or DBT have worked well for others — and they can be incredibly effective. But healing isn’t about applying someone else’s roadmap to your life. True growth begins when we pause to understand you — your experiences, your culture, your values, your needs. That’s where our work begins. At the core of growth and healing are three guiding pillars: WHY – Why are you seeking change? PURPOSE – What gives your life meaning? PRIORITIES – What matters most right now? These are not just questions — they’re the foundation for self-understanding, clarity, and lasting transformation. When we uncover your why, define your purpose, and align with your priorities, therapy becomes more than talk — it becomes movement. Wherever you are in your process, you don’t have to walk it alone. I’m here to meet you where you are — and walk with you toward where you want to be. I offer therapy in Bengali, Chittagonian, Rohingya, Hindi, and Urdu.
