One of the things I value most as a therapist is building genuine, trusting relationships with the people I work with. I believe you are the expert on your own experiences, and my role isn't to tell you who to be or what to do, but to offer a supportive space that fosters growth through curiosity, compassion, and respect for your unique experiences. I strive to bring warmth, authenticity, and a little humor into my work, and believe therapy should be a collaborative experience that honors who you are as an individual. My approach is grounded in systemic family therapy, meaning I seek to understand individuals and their challenges within the broader context of their relationships, environments, and lived experiences. I primarily draw from narrative therapy and non-directive, humanistic/person-centered approaches, integrating skills-based interventions (CBT, DBT, and ACT) when relevant to your needs and goals. I believe everyone deserves to feel understood, accepted, and valued for who they are. Whether I'm working with a child through play, helping a teen navigate growing up, supporting an adult in improving their mental health, or helping couples and families better understand one another, my priority is creating a space where you feel comfortable exploring, growing, and being yourself.
