Therapy often starts when something isn’t working. Maybe it’s anxiety that won’t ease, a relationship caught in the same argument, or something from the past that still weighs on you. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and I believe meaningful change happens through connection, beginning with the relationship we build in our sessions and extending to the relationships that matter most in your life. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, so we start with what matters most to you. From there, I draw on ACT and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help you understand your patterns, work through painful experiences, and respond to difficult moments with greater flexibility. My work is trauma-informed and strengths-based, and we move at a pace that feels steady and manageable. I especially enjoy working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. Call or email to schedule a brief consultation and see if we’re a good fit.
