Introduction

You've been doing what you have to do; showing up, staying strong, keeping it together. But sometimes keeping it together starts to wear you down. My name is Sienna Fleming-Coppedge, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Decatur, Alabama. I founded Aligned Minds Counseling & Consulting LLC because I believe healing should feel honest, human, and real; not clinical and cold. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity, burnout, life transitions, and emotional patterns that run deep. My approach is trauma-informed and whole-person centered; because healing happens in the body, the mind, and everywhere in between. My practice is open to everyone, with intentional space for Black and Brown clients and LGBTQIA+ individuals. Therapy with me isn't about fixing you. It's about finding you. I offer individual therapy in-person at my Decatur, AL office and via telehealth. I am currently paneled with BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, Medicaid, and UHC. Private pay sessions are available at $125 per session. Come as you are. We'll grow from there.
