As a therapist, my number one priority is safety. I believe meaningful change begins when we feel safe enough to slow down and notice what our minds, bodies, emotions, and relationships have been trying to communicate. I often understand “problems,” “symptoms,” and coping strategies as meaningful attempts to adapt, even when they no longer serve us or come at a high cost. My approach is relational, strengths-based, holistic, trauma-informed, and person-centered. I value transparency, creativity, and autonomy, and collaborate with clients to shape therapy around their goals, strengths, interests, and lived experience. I provide neurodiversity-affirming care for autistic and ADHD individuals and their loved ones, with particular interest in late diagnosis, masking, burnout, self-advocacy, accommodations, sensory needs, and neurodivergent relationships. Other areas of focus include substance use and behavioral addictions, trauma and PTSD, co-occurring mental health concerns, identity, attachment, life transitions, and relational patterns. My clinical background includes community mental health, residential, detox, and outpatient settings with adults, couples, and families. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Collaborative Language Systems, and experiential therapies, and am certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
