I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to the quiet spaces where people carry their stories. Growing up in a small Utah town, I learned early how powerful it is to feel heard and understood. That belief eventually led me to earn my degree in Women and Gender Studies, and now to pursue my Master’s in Social Work. Along the way, I’ve worked in foster care, behavioral health settings for teens, and community programs supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities. Each role deepened my commitment to helping people reclaim their voice and their narrative. I specialize in working with teenagers and young adults, particularly those navigating ADHD, autism, trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, perfectionism, and identity development. I am EMDR trained and use evidence-based approaches to help clients process past experiences, build emotional regulation skills, and develop practical tools they can use in everyday life.
