Sierra Fair is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker who offers a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to therapy for adolescents and adults. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling from Southwestern Assemblies of God University (2017) and a Master’s in Social Work from Newman University (2021). Sierra has worked with clients facing some of life’s most difficult moments—including families in crisis, teens who have experienced abuse and trauma, and survivors of human trafficking. Sierra has a special heart for supporting women through infertility, postpartum struggles, and the complex emotions that often accompany these seasons. She tailors her approach to each person she works with, using a variety of therapeutic tools to meet clients where they are and help them feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing journey. When she’s not in session, Sierra loves working on puzzles, sipping coffee while reading a good book, and enjoying the outdoors with her husband and son.
