I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Trauma, as well as Child and Family Therapy, from Arcadia University. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Bloomsburg. Before obtaining my License I provided therapeutic services to children and adolescents in the home, community, and school settings as a Behavior Consultant (BC) and Mobile Therapist (MT) as well as provided individual, couples, and family therapy in outpatient agency settings. I work with a wide range of mental health concerns including, but not limited, to Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Attention-Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder, Self-Esteem struggles, Interpersonal Concerns, Relational Ruptures Within Couple Dynamics, as well as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and other trauma related disorders. My eclectic approach encompasses a humanistic, person centered approach which recognizes the uniqueness of every individual. I am committed to listening closely and working creatively with you along your journey to gain insight, enhance personal strengths, and resolve conflicts.
