In addition to outpatient therapy, she has experience working in higher levels of care, including Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), providing support to individuals experiencing acute mental health challenges. She is committed to helping clients build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change while moving toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
