Introduction

Hello, I got my start in 2017 completing a year and a half internship with the Harvey County Health department. This is where I fell in love with social work. I then attended Bethel College for my undergraduate degree. Then in 2021 working at a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility and an internship at a pre-k to 8th grade elementary school. This is where the interest in mental health took off. I graduated in 2022 with my BSW and started as an aftercare case manager in the foster care system where I learned valuable resources and lesson I apply today. While working full-time and taking care of my medical need's son, I completed my master's in social work at the University of Denver focusing on a concentration in Mental Health and Trauma graduating in 2025. I have learned that therapy is not a one size fits all and with adapt to meet my client where they are. Feel free to reach out.
