Introduction

Hi, I'm Sierra Rosenzwog (Beltran), LPC, owner of Whole Self Therapy PLLC. I believe meaningful healing begins when we take the time to understand your whole self—not just the challenges that brought you to therapy, but the experiences, relationships, emotions, and patterns that have shaped who you are. My goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported as we work toward lasting change together. I work with adults (18+) throughout Virginia who are navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, and feelings of disconnection from themselves. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and integrative, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, emotion-focused therapy (EFT), somatic interventions, and mindfulness-based practices. Together, we'll explore not only what you're experiencing today, but also the deeper patterns and experiences that may be influencing how you relate to yourself and others. In our work together, you'll find both compassion and gentle honesty. I believe growth often happens when we feel safe enough to be challenged with care, and I'll help you build insight while also developing practical tools to navigate life's challenges. Therapy is never one-size-fits-all, so our work will always be tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, navigating a difficult season, or simply hoping to understand yourself on a deeper level, therapy can be a place to reconnect with your whole self. My hope is that you leave our work together with greater self-awareness, stronger relationships, increased resilience, and a deeper sense of confidence in who you are.
