Sierra builds strong therapeutic relationships through humor, authenticity, and curiosity. She especially enjoys working with neurodivergent individuals and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, helping clients challenge assumptions about what it means to be "normal" and create lives that feel authentic to them. Sierra uses an eclectic approach in therapy because she believes one-size-fits-all fits very few. She is particularly passionate about supporting individuals navigating life transitions, exploring identity, and seeking a nonjudgmental space that feels uniquely their own. In her free time, Sierra is usually biking around the Grand Valley, sharing food with loved ones, tending her jungle of houseplants, or playing with her pitbull, Waffles.
