I help clients understand what's happening in both mind and body, and support you in bringing what you learn in therapy into your everyday life. As a social worker, I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, OCD, ADHD, autism, grief, and women's issues. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, somatic work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS)—tailored to what feels most supportive for you. I'm especially drawn to working with neurodivergent individuals and those exploring perfectionism and body image concerns. Rather than focusing solely on insight, I help you develop practical, grounding skills you can embody in your daily life. I create a judgment-free space where your choices are honored, and I meet you at your own pace with warmth and a strengths-based lens. I accept Aetna and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions. I'm currently accepting new clients.
