Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting both children and adults as they navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, ADHD, and various life stressors.n my work, I utilize a range of therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoeducation. These approaches allow me to tailor my support to each individual’s unique needs, fostering growth, resilience, and self-understanding. I care deeply about the mental health and well-being of others.
