Introduction

I’ve spent over 16 years working alongside adolescents and their families through some of life's most intense seasons-meeting young people exactly where they are in schools, homes, in the community, and in crisis. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), I specialize in relational trauma therapy and practically-minded Solution-Focused Therapy. My practice isn't just about exploring the past; it is grounded in addressing the holistic, practical realities of everyday life to build actionable goals based on what it actually looks like for life to "go well." Together, we can tackle the heaviest challenges adolescence brings, including anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, complex abuse, neglect, sexual assault, school failure, and intense family conflict. By weaving in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and attachment-based work, I offer flexible in-person and telehealth sessions tailored to help individuals heal and families reconnect. I am currently accepting new clients and accept Premera Blue Cross and First Choice Health insurance.
