Introduction

Hi, I’m Skylar Rossy (he/him), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Transcendent Wellness Quest. I offer compassionate, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy for people navigating anxiety, stress, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions. As a queer, transgender clinician, I welcome your whole self into therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Together, we can explore what feels difficult, recognize your strengths, and work toward changes that reflect your needs and values. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and person-centered. Drawing from Narrative Therapy, CBT, and DBT, I help clients understand patterns, challenge limiting stories, strengthen boundaries, and develop practical coping skills. I also welcome creativity, humor, and geek culture when they support connection and self-expression. My experience spans school, hospital, community behavioral health, and private practice settings. I consider both your emotional experiences and the circumstances affecting your well-being. Whether you’re seeking greater self-trust, more meaningful relationships, or support through a difficult chapter, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
