Hi! I'm Skylar and I work with individuals 14 or older, of any gender, who are navigating identity, grief, relationship challenges, or emotional distress. I'm especially passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and those facing anxiety, depression, self-worth struggles, or academic and vocational stress. I offer a compassionate, affirming space for clients to explore who they are, heal from past wounds, and build confidence, clarity, and connection in their lives. I support adults of all genders through anxiety, identity work, grief, and life transitions. I use person-centered and feminist therapy, along with ACT, DBT, mindfulness, and art-based approaches, to create a safe, affirming space for healing, growth, and self-discovery. I love building empathy through warmth, curiosity, and respect for each client’s story. With a person-centered approach, I always work hard to honor autonomy and encourage clients to take the lead. Drawing on my neurofeedback background, I try to help clients feel seen, safe, and empowered to grow at their own pace.
