Introduction

I work with young adults and adults who are navigating anxiety, perfectionism, life transitions, grief, postpartum challenges, or seasons of feeling overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted. Whether you've been carrying these struggles for years or are facing a recent life change, my goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and beliefs. For clients who desire it, I also offer counseling that integrates Christian faith and biblical principles into the therapeutic process, always respecting each person's values and goals. My counseling approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I use evidence-based therapeutic techniques while recognizing that mental health is influenced by many aspects of our lives—including relationships, stress, physical well-being, and our environment. I believe in caring for the whole person to create lasting changes. I am also trained to work with couples and enjoy helping partners strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build healthier relationships. Healing isn't about becoming someone different—it's about finding freedom to live more fully as the person you were created to be. Wherever you are in your journey, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
