Introduction

My favorite clients are those who have started questioning the social and cultural expectations they've inherited and are ready to create a life that feels authentic to them. I believe pleasure is a human right, and that everyone deserves fulfilling relationships—with themselves, their partners, and their sexuality. As a queer, neurodivergent ("neurospicy") therapist with lived experience in non-monogamous relationships, I offer a warm, affirming, and judgment-free space to explore identity, intimacy, and connection. I specialize in working with people navigating gender identity, sexual orientation, consensual non-monogamy, kink, relationship dynamics, and other aspects of sexuality that may fall outside traditional norms. Together, we'll untangle the beliefs, expectations, and barriers that have kept you from fully understanding your wants and needs. My goal is to help you approach your identity and desires with curiosity, self-compassion, and confidence so you can build relationships—and a life—that feel deeply aligned with who you are. One of the greatest joys of my work is witnessing clients step into that clarity and embrace themselves more fully.
