Introduction

I am a mental health therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). The mission of my practice is to meet the needs of the neurodivergent community, as well as their families and caregivers. I specialize in supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), autism, and other forms of neurodiversity. I am here to help you with managing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, caregiver burnout, and other mental health challenges. I currently provide all services via secure Telehealth software. I accept insurance as well as out of pocket payment. Please reach out if you want help determining whether I can accept your insurance, or if you have out of network benefits. Access to specialized and effective mental health services is crucial for our neurodivergent community members. With over 15 years of experience in the mental health and disability service fields, my mission is to fill that service gap. Let's work together to achieve your goals!
