I work with women who are tired of surviving, over-functioning, and carrying emotional weight alone. Many of the women I support appear strong and capable on the outside while internally struggling with anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, relationship stress, life transitions, or the effects of unresolved trauma. I believe women deserve support before reaching burnout. My approach is warm, grounded, compassionate, and non-traditional. In addition to psychotherapy, I integrate holistic and nervous-system-centered approaches including hypnotherapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, Reiki, and emotional regulation techniques to support healing on a deeper level. I focus on helping women move beyond simply coping and begin reconnecting with themselves in a more intentional, empowered, and emotionally aligned way. Therapy with me is designed to feel emotionally safe, supportive, and transformative. I provide a space where clients can slow down, process their experiences without judgment, build self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and create healthier relationships with themselves and others.
