I’m a warm, grounded therapist honored to do this work. I support highly sensitive, burnt-out, perfectionistic do-ers who are struggling with overwhelm, chronic pain, PMDD, reproductive concerns, and relationship conflict. My practice is rooted in somatic wisdom, parts work, and compassionate exploration of the stories that have shaped us, with attention to the collective impact of oppressive systems on our trust and wellbeing. I’m here to help clients reconnect with their innate knowledge and power so they can move toward greater ease, embodiment, and agency.
