Introduction

Burdens of trauma can impact relationships, work life, & how you see yourself in the world. Whatever you've been through, there is a path to heal. I believe you are the expert on yourself and your life. In our work, I will listen to understand, show empathy, look for and validate your strengths, and work collaboratively with you. I see adults, teens, couples, foster youth, military members, veterans & their families with various cultural & ethnic backgrounds. I hold a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University, San Diego (2007). I see adolescents, individual adults, couples and families with a wide range of concerns including: Mood disorders; ADHD; Anxiety; Parenting; Traumatic stress; Divorce; Domestic violence; Adoption and foster care; family conflict; and parent-child relationships. I practice in WA, ID, & MT and am an approved clinical supervisor WA & ID. I combine my years of experience, education, modern research and collaborating with you to guide our work so it is tailored to your unique personality and needs. Therapy can provide insight regarding pattern behaviors and I build on your individual and family strengths.
