Life can be beautiful, messy, and hard, sometimes all at once. Many of us move through the world doing our best to hold it all together while quietly carrying fear, grief, or the echo of old wounds. Therapy is a place to set some of that weight down. I work with teens and adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions-those seasons when the old ways of coping stop working and something new is needing to emerge. My approach blends EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness to help you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with your body, and build a life rooted in what truly matters to you. For clients who draw strength from their faith or spirituality, we can weave that meaning into the work. Healing isn’t just about symptom relief, it’s about coming home to yourself, finding courage in vulnerability, and learning to live with more presence, compassion, and peace. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. You just have to be willing to take one honest, brave step forward.
