Life has changed, and you may not feel like yourself anymore. You might be navigating a major transition, grieving a loss, adjusting to changes in your health or relationships, or simply feeling overwhelmed. I work with adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, stress, emotional adjustment, and significant life changes. Together, we can make space for what you're experiencing while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded and connected to yourself. Caring for someone you love or living with chronic pain or illness can bring complicated emotions that are difficult to carry alone. I support clients navigating caregiver stress, health-related challenges, grief and loss, and difficult life circumstances, helping them strengthen coping skills, reconnect with their own needs, and build resilience. My approach incorporates ACT, CBT, DBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and somatic approaches. We'll explore your thoughts, emotions, values, and physical experiences to better understand what you need and identify meaningful steps forward. I offer individual therapy for adults and older adults, with both in-person sessions in Woodinville and telehealth available.
