My approach is deeply trauma-informed and individualized to your unique needs. I incorporate a blend of specialized techniques including: Somatic Therapy, Parts Work, Mindfulness, and Brainspotting. I value in-person connection and offer in-person sessions in DC, as well as virtual sessions.
